5. Prices and Payments

To confirm a booking, the customer may be required to pay a prepayment of approximately 15–20% of the total rental price. The remaining balance is usually paid directly to the rental company when collecting the vehicle or according to the conditions stated in the booking voucher.
Depending on the selected offer and rental company, payment may be available by cash, debit card, credit card, or other accepted payment methods. RosCar Portugal cannot guarantee that all payment methods will be available for every vehicle or supplier.
6. Car Rental Without Deposit

If a no-deposit option is selected and confirmed, the customer should follow the specific conditions stated in the booking voucher and rental agreement.
RosCar Portugal makes reasonable efforts to display and confirm no-deposit rental offers accurately. However, the final rental conditions are determined by the rental company.
7. Car Rental Without Credit Card

12. Driver Requirements

The rental company is responsible for providing the vehicle and rental service according to its own terms and applicable law.
RosCar Portugal is not liable for losses, damages, delays, additional costs, or disputes caused by the rental company, customer failure to meet rental requirements, incorrect information provided by the customer, traffic violations, accidents, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
