How Booking Works
Renting a car through RosCar Portugal is simple. To make a booking, the customer needs to select the rental and return location, choose the rental dates, select the preferred vehicle type, and add any required extra options.
Additional options may include no deposit, no credit card, insurance, child car seat, or other services available from the selected rental company.
After choosing the vehicle and options, the customer fills in the driver’s contact details and confirms the booking by paying a partial prepayment, usually 15–20% of the total rental price.
Once the booking is confirmed, a voucher is sent to the customer by email. The voucher includes booking instructions, pick-up or delivery details, and the contact information of the rental company.
